DESCRIPTION:West Valley Women Veterans and the public are invited to join The Belles of Liberty for their annual flag placement event in honor of Memorial Day. They are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to serving veterans!\nTogether\, we will place approximately 3\,600 flags on the graves of our fallen heroes as a tribute to their service and sacrifice.\n\nDetails:\n\nDate: Sunday\, May 18\, 2025Time: 7:00 AM\n\nLocation: Phoenix Memorial Cemetery200 W. Beardsley Rd.\, Phoenix\, AZ(Between 7th Ave & 7th St)\n\nPlease bring:• Gloves• Hammers• Screwdrivers (to help make holes in the hard ground)• Buckets or wagons (if you have them)• A heart full of gratitude\n\nWater and snacks will be provided.\n\nThis is a powerful opportunity to reflect\, remember\, and pay our respects to those who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today.
