Therapeutic Gardening Group – Phoenix VA

The Phoenix VA has launched a Therapeutic Gardening Group, giving Veterans and their families a chance to get outside, connect with others, and improve their well-being through gardening. The group meets weekly at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center and focuses on mindfulness, community, and healing through hands-on work with plants. 🌱
