Event area setup 5:00-6:30 AM, registration opens 5:45 AM, vendors village opens 6:00 AM, opening ceremony 6:30 AM, 5K start 7:00 AM, 1-mile fun run/walk start 7:30 AM, closing ceremony and awards 8:30 AM, breakdown and cleanup 9:00-10:00 AM.
