This correspondence contains information on the Memorial Day Service to be held at the National Veterans’ Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, on 26 May 2025, at 8:00 AM. As in the past, we wish to have as many organizations as possible participate in the wreath ceremony.

We realize that many of you have more than one commitment on this day and have scheduled this program early in the day so that you could attend and still make your other commitments.

So as not to place extra work on the cemetery staff, we ask you to complete the form on the bottom of the attached page and return it to the committee by 24th of May 2025 if you wish to be included in the printed program : use email (lilsarge@mindspring.com) or mail (1832 East Weldon, Phoenix, AZ 85016). No fax is available
