The SPEED Act (Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development Act) is a commonsense federal reform to fix America’s broken permitting system by setting clear, enforceable timelines, streamlining agency reviews, and cutting unnecessary delays and litigation that stall infrastructure and energy projects.
